In addition to the functions, duties and rights mentioned in section 31 of the Act and elsewhere in this regulation, the other functions, duties and rights of the committee shall be as follows:-
(A) To carry out the necessary work to conduct the welfare work, income-generating work and welfare plan in a transparent, effective and orderly manner.
(b) Annual review of welfare work, income generating work and welfare plan.
